Marty Baptist is an Australian born painter and visual artist. His work, a mixture of out loud thoughts and folk/pop art visuals share a unique relationship between text and image.

Baptist's work has been featured nationally and internationally alongside contemporaries such as Mark Gonzales, Andy Jenkins and Lee Ralph and has been commissioned to work on such labels as Cliche (France) Huffer (New Zealand) and Rittenhouse (Australia).

Marty Baptist is currently based in Brisbane where he draws on his daily experiences to create the framework for his art.
